With an outer diameter of 12 mm this is a double jacketed cable that use a pure copper braided ( and tinned ) shield that provides excellent rejection of RF and EM signals .The secondary shield is an aluminium foil which gives  the cable best rf emi rejection properties.  The shield has two important functions:

• It keeps power-line noise from radiating outwards onto your close by equipment and interconnects.
• It keeps external electromagnetic and radio frequency interference from entering the AC line

At its core lie 16 multiplex composite copper conductors, each individually wrapped in high-pressure, low-temperature extruded Teflon. These form a meticulously engineered super-spiral Litz structure designed to minimize impedance and unleash instantaneous energy with unbridled precision.

Encasing this heart of copper is 100% copper shielding, grounded to perfection, combined with a multi-layer PVC anti-vibration jacket that isolates the shield from current-carrying cores. The outer sleeve blends nylon and anti-damping PP cotton, effectively neutralizing external interferences such as RF and static pickup.
